In addition to activities with Eclectique Interior Accessories, my husband Marius, a mechanical engineer and metal artist, and myself have redesigned our master bath. We wanted to incorporate function and peacefulness, using a soft color palette and natural finishes. The tiles are from The Floor Show, the stone from Mason Steel, and the vanity and other casegoods were beautifully made by Chris Bauer of the Joint Workshop, all located in Cleveland, OH. In designing the space, we incorporated not only function and beauty, but also the surroundings of our home.
My business partner, Leslie McCafferty’s art, “Woods III,” welcomes us to the suite. It represents color and motion, and a sense of luscious outdoor beauty. Leslie’s art will be showcased this month at Wine & Design in Tremont, a growing and developing neighborhood filled with food and art in Cleveland. Our decorative and custom made bottle stoppers are also available at Wine & Design. The monthly art walk in Tremont is Friday, September 12, 2014, from 6 – 9pm.
Most importantly, the wine bottle stopper is Eclectique’s C131, and the wine, “if you see kay,” is an excellent Italian red blend.
